The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the SSC GD Constable 2026 Admit Cards on April 25, 2026. Candidates who have successfully registered for the Constable (GD) in CAPFs, SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination can now download their hall tickets directly from the official website.
The Computer-Based Test (CBT) is scheduled to be conducted nationwide from April 27, 2026, to May 30, 2026.
Important Notice: Missing Barcodes on Admit Cards
On April 27, 2026, the Staff Selection Commission issued a critical notice regarding a printing error on the e-Admission Certificates.
* Who is affected: Candidates scheduled for the SSC GD CBT exams on 26th, 29th, and 30th April 2026.
* The Issue: The barcode on the lower part of the downloaded admit card is not visible for some candidates.
- What you must do: Check your downloaded PDF immediately. There must be two (02) separate locations on the certificate where the barcode is clearly printed and visible.
- * If either barcode is missing or cut off, you must re-download your admit card directly from ssc.gov.in.+1
Note: Exam centre officials will ONLY permit entry if you carry the corrected e-Admission Certificate with both barcodes clearly visible.
How to Download Your SSC GD Admit Card 2026
To download your hall ticket, you will need your official login credentials. Follow these steps:
- Visit the official SSC portal at ssc.gov.in.
- Click on the Login or Register button at the top right of the homepage.
- Under the "Candidate" tab, enter your Username (Registration Number).
- Enter your SSC Registration Password.
- Carefully type the characters shown in the Captcha box.
- Click Login to access your dashboard and download your Admit Card.
- Print a clear, hard copy to carry to your allotted examination centre.
Note: The admit card is a mandatory document. You will not be permitted to enter the examination hall without a printed copy of your hall ticket and a valid, original photo ID proof (like an Aadhaar Card or Voter ID) that matches the Date of Birth on your admit card.

- Printed Admit Card: A clear printout of your SSC GD Admit Card 2026 (downloaded from the regional SSC website).
- Original Photo ID Proof: At least one valid original photo identity card having the same Date of Birth as printed on the Admit Card. Accepted IDs include:
- Aadhaar Card / Printout of E-Aadhaar
- Voter’s ID Card

- Employer ID Card (Govt./PSU)
- Note: If the Photo Identity Card does not have the Date of Birth, you must carry an additional original certificate (e.g., 10th Marksheet/Birth Certificate) as proof of Date of Birth.
- Passport Size Photographs: Two (2) copies of your latest colour passport-size photograph (3 cm x 3.5 cm).
