UPSC Official Signature Guidelines
The UPSC OTR (One Time Registration) has unique bounding-box requirements for signatures:
- Dimensions: Minimum 350x350 pixels, Maximum 1000x1000 pixels.
- File Size: Between 20 KB and 300 KB.
- Ink: Must be signed with a Black ink pen.
- Paper: Sign on a plain white, unlined sheet of paper.
- Format: Save the final file as a .JPG or .JPEG.
